Full Refund
- Full Refund is NOT available.
Partial Refund
- If a participant is not satisfied with the purchase and wants to cancel within 3 days of making the payment, we refund 50% of the amount.
- There won’t be any refunds after 3 days period.

- Provide your purchase or enrollment details, including the date of purchase, the plan purchased, and your reason for requesting a refund.
- Allow us up to 2 business days to process your request. We may contact you to verify your request or to gather more information.

- Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. If that is not possible, we will work with you to find an alternative method.
- Refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined above will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
